MainStreet Money Affiliate Program
Effective Date: June 2026
The MainStreet Money Affiliate & Referral Program has been developed to reward Members who introduce new participants to the MainStreet Money ecosystem. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program.
By participating, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate you must:
- Hold an active MainStreet Money Exchange Account.
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your country).
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Reside in a country where MainStreet Money services are available.
MainStreet Money may approve additional countries from time to time.
2. Becoming an Affiliate
Once your Exchange Account has been approved, you may receive access to your own Affiliate Dashboard.
Your dashboard contains:
- Your personal referral link
- Referral statistics
- Member activity
- Commission history
- Promotional resources
3. Qualifying Referrals
A referral becomes valid when a new Member:
- Registers using your referral link.
- Successfully opens a MainStreet Money Exchange Account.
- Completes any verification requirements requested by MainStreet Money.
- Meets any minimum participation requirements published by MainStreet Money.
Only genuine new Members qualify.
4. Affiliate Rewards
MainStreet Money may reward Affiliates for introducing new Members to the ecosystem.
Rewards may include:
- Referral commissions
- MSM promotional rewards
- Member incentives
- Campaign bonuses
- Other promotional benefits
Reward structures may change from time to time and will be published by MainStreet Money.
5. Ethical Promotion
Affiliates agree to promote MainStreet Money honestly and professionally.
You must not:
- Make misleading investment claims.
- Guarantee profits or returns.
- Misrepresent MainStreet Money products.
- Publish false or deceptive advertising.
- Spam individuals or businesses.
- Use misleading websites or fake social media accounts.
6. Fraud Prevention
MainStreet Money actively monitors referral activity.
Rewards may be withheld or cancelled where fraud is suspected, including:
- Self-referrals.
- Multiple accounts.
- Fake identities.
- Automated registrations.
- Manipulated traffic.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Any attempt to abuse the Affiliate Program.
All decisions regarding fraudulent activity are final.
7. Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including:
- Consumer protection laws.
- Advertising standards.
- Privacy legislation.
- Anti-spam legislation.
- Financial promotion requirements.
- Any cryptocurrency regulations applicable in their country.
8. No Employment Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create:
- Employment
- Partnership
- Joint Venture
- Agency
- Franchise
between you and MainStreet Money.
9. Suspension or Termination
MainStreet Money may suspend or terminate an Affiliate Account at any time where:
- These Terms are breached.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Illegal conduct occurs.
- Activity may damage the reputation of MainStreet Money.
Pending commissions may be withheld where fraud is identified.
10. Changes to the Program
MainStreet Money reserves the right to:
- Modify the Affiliate Program.
- Amend these Terms.
- Introduce new rewards.
- Withdraw promotional campaigns.
- Suspend or discontinue the Program.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the MainStreet Money website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainStreet Money shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MainStreet Money operates, together with any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Member's country of residence.
